Fully agree. At least those commands should be in a separate sql
script, so at least you can exercise full control on the level it
should be controlled.
Other than that: ages ago I wrote a generic DCL VMS script which could
be used to submit *any* sql script to the job facility. This could
easily be done in ksh as well.
