Try looking up the message on MSDN, I'm pretty sure that this relates to
some VB components that don't always get correctly registered (rather than
OO4O itself). <caveat>We got this message over a year ago and this diagnosis
is likely only in roughly the correct area due to memory loss:( <caveat>
