Sorry, I didn't notice there was a oracle.server group until I posted this thread at Oracle.misc group. I normally do not cross-post. However, seeing that I haven't had much success, I decided to crosspost at the server group since it seems to be the more appropriate group for installation troubles.

I would appreciate if you could offer a more constructive solution to my problem, instead of trying to criticize my usenet posting etiquette.
