I found a couple of odd flaws in Oracle's CSV report generating feature (Oracle 9iEE / Windows) and the "View/Edit Contents" feature. If you are in OEM and you view the contents of a table, if the table has more than 50 rows, it will show one less row than is actually in the table. In addition to this, if you then issue a CSV report from the content window, row 51 is exported as an empty row and you lose your last row of data.
