Hi!

I just tried to alter the HTTP port in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Console unter <db> -> XML Database -> Configuration but a windows pops up:

        Applying dynamic parameter(s) failed. ORA-31050: Access denied.
        ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XDB", line 168
        ORA-06512: at line 1

Well, can somebody explain? I was looking for the config .xml file on the disk but I didn't find it anywhere. Is there no file where I can change the port manually rather than using the Management Console??
