Well:
Download the Oracle software ( to the machine that needs it or to a sharable place that the client machine can access)
Get the Full version - 9.2 is the current one -
Unzip the files - run the setup.exe that will result..choose custom and only install the Oracle client software -
Be sure to select the Windows version not any other ( Unix for instance)
http://otn.oracle.com is the place to go for it..register and download the correct version.
