I think most of us do know that, which is why you have received sample sql commands, reading recommendations, the location of the FAQ and the location of the docs. I'd call that help rather than hinderance.

As to the invalid mail domain, that does seem most odd. I suspect that to find out why it is being rejected, you would need to use a yahoo account or something similar.
