Ive seen a few them. its just a screen with a voice. doesnt go into depth and the way its presented, it doesnt really stick in your head well. your money is better spent buying additional books and then going back and forth between them to see the different explanations. the only CBT that would be good, would be a video of a good class. even that would be limiting because its not interactive. so the material wont be retained as well.
