Oracle 9.2 RH 7.2 Install problem

While installing Oracle 9.2 on my Intel RedHat 7.2 Linux machine I get the following link errors:

/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `getpwuid_r_at_GLIBC_2.1.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `shmctl_at_GLIBC_2.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libvppdc.so: undefined reference to `getrlimit_at_GLIBC_2.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `pwrite64_at_GLIBC_2.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `pread64_at_GLIBC_2.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `open64_at_GLIBC_2.2'
/u01/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib//libclntsh.so: undefined reference to `__fxstat64_at_GLIBC_2.2'

RPM tells me that I have glib2.2.4.13 installed. What have I missed.
