Head over to the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) and search for "security." You'll get a lot of hits. For example, you can find the Advanced Security Guide TOC at (url will wrap):

I don't know what you're looking for specifically, but the above will give you more than enuf reading to find an answer to most of your questions.

PS You have to register for OTN, but it's free and worthwhile if you want to stay current with Oracle technology.
