He got a hint. And the hint was sufficient. My read is that he was trolling for
the full and complete answer rather
than taking the help that was offered.
If I am wrong I stand corrected but that is my recollection.
I always advocate providing hints and do so. Just not complete answers or substantial parts thereof.
