I have Oracle 9.2.0 installed on my Windows 2000 machine. Using a nifty utility called Find which I see on the Start menu, I found the proc.exe in the $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory.

Maybe you didn't install it? You might want to check the inventory in the universal installer and, if you can't find it, try a custom install. Received on Wed May 28 2003 - 18:24:53 CDT
