Assuming that you've got the CD-ROM, you might be able to take it to a copy shop (Kinko's, etc) and have them print out a copy of the docs you want -- if you can read 2-up printout (two page images on each side of the sheet), most of the docs wouldn't kill *too* many trees...

Don't bother with Kinko's web-based service, though -- the docs are too big to handle that way.
