HELP: Adding date to spool filename using SQLplus

I would appreciate assistance.

From an SQLplus session on my Windows NT PC, I wish to spool a file onto the Windows NT PC with a filename that includes the current date (and time if possible).

Eg. Sample20030525.csv (nameYYYYMMDD.csv) or Sample20030525155623.csv (nameYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv)

Is it possible to do, easily, and if so how? The date and time could be either the time that it began to spool, or the date and time it stopped spooling.
