Hi,

did you asked google - don´t thing so:

You have to log in into oracle to download something, the login information is located in the cookies.txt file - so log once at oracle, and then enter:
wget -c --load-cookies ~/.netscape/cookies.txt $URL

man wget and there the --load-cookies section.
