If you look at the data you will see that the Ranges are acutally like so:

   	START_	END_	READER
	001	055	JWC
	056	079	DSO
	080	096	RSL
	097	100	DSO
	101	202	JWC


Where JWC has completed ranges at the beginning and end with readers in between.

If the users just read the samples correctly this wouldn't happen!

But we all know how users are!
