There are many articles on ORA-03113 on metalink. Maybe hundreds. So
I'll give you the, for free, the advice that fixes most of these
problems.

If on Sun/Solaris edit your /etc/system file to have the kernel
parameters clearly written in the pre-installation document. Reboot the
machine.

If on HP/UX go into SAM and do the same thing.

If Windows, AIX, or other you will need to state your Oracle
version/edition and the operating system and version.
