help me materialized view

Hi,



I have created a materialized view  mv_adong  at database A in server A.
The master tables is tbl_adong in database B in server B.
I already did the select , delete, update statement on master table
tbl_adong.


Question:


Is it possible if i login in server B to refresh the materialized view
mv_adong in A ?
