trouble with install

Hi everybody,



I need some help for the installation, i tried to install Oracle 8i and when
i click on setup nothing happend, after that i tried with 9i and he show me
a error message said my isuite is not present or someting like it...i tried
on windows xp professional



somebody can help me ?
