You would probably better hire a consultant. If you are new to both Solaris and Oracle you are bound to fail. Putting all of your database on only 2 drives is also just asking for trouble and you would better cut back on a /tmp of 2G (which is clearly outrageous) and/or study the OFA architecture. You would also do better to avoid cross and multiposting, like you have done now.
