V9.2 Import with LOBs

Hi,
Is there something 'special' about importing tables with LOBs ( both CLOB and BLOB) when using the FROMUSER and TOUSER parameters -
Importing as SYSDBA.
The TOUSER gets al the tables except the ones with LOBs and on those we get a 'Insufficient Privileges' error on the tablespace that the exported tables were in ( the same as the other tables that import OK; the TOUSER account does not have permission to use that tablespace so the tables go into his default tablespace , except for these)

Oracle 9.2
Windows W2K

( same for exported and Imported data - just different schemas )
