You can delete all the directories and files you find below any "Oracle"
directories like "C:\Program files\Oracle" or "X:\Oracle" and all the
registry entries under HKLM\Software\Oracle and
HKLM\Services\Ora<something>.
This will remove 99% of the stuff, leftovers shouldn't harm your pc.
Check out system and enviroment variables for any unnecessary entries,
especially those for Java stuff.
Of course, in an ideal world, you'd be better off restoring your configuration from a freshly made backup.
