install oracle 8.1.7 on redhat 7.2 problem?

I cann't install oracle 8.1.7 on redhat 7.2.I refer to the doc http://staff.in2.hr/denis/oracle/817install_rh72_en.html.I get some error msg after I run runInstaller.

    error message:
