How to view tables from Win98

This might sound dumb.


I am using Windows 98 and personal Oracle 8. I can see, using Windows
Explorer, files with *.sql extensions, but I can't see any tables I've
created. Just curious if that's viewable from Windows, or is that part of
the security of Oracle. (i.e. exclusive viewing from the Oracle interface
alone.)
