Insulting those that try to help is a sure way to get none.

Most of the time solutions provided are based upon trying to interpret a request and many, if not most requests, contain some degree of ambiguity. Some are so ambiguously written that no answer is possible: Only questions. Some of the time we make mistakes. No one here is claiming perfection AFAIK. But certainly there is a more civil way to indicate that a solution provided by someone, donating their personal time for no reason other than a desire to be helpful, didn't work.

Based on the above ... I won't even try to help. So at least one bridge has been burned.
