I quite like Scott Urman's PL/SQL programming book - nicely indexed and a quick example of most uses, although it has a bit of a reputation as becoming a re-write of the online manuals in later years.

I have his books, but really hate the writing style - spends too much time discussing how each 'thing' could end up in his PL/SQL generator thingy and uses strange cases as illustrations.
