Performance Manager Configuration - Enterprise Manager 2.1

Hello,

Is there somenone who could tell me what files do I have to configure to have Performance Manager monitoring an Oracle 8.1.6 database and how do I configure those files?
What services do I need?
OEM 2.1 is installed, OMS, Intelligent Agent and Data Gatherer is running, but I canīt connect or retrieve data from the Historical Database...

Please, help me. I really will appreciate....
