If you just want to get your feet wet, get Oracle DBA 101 by Theriault,
Carmichael, and Viscusi (an Osborne/McGraw/Hill book). If you want the
nitty-gritty details, get Oracle Expert One-on-One by Tom Kyte (a Wrox
book).
