OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) question

Hi,

Can we display row number and multiple where clauses within Table Editor (update table mode)in OEM? It's very easy in TOAD. For example, I'd like to filter the column receipt_flag != 'Y' and receipt_flag != 'N'. The filter option in OEM seems only allows me to put one condition per column.
