Hi 

I would like to obtain certification for the above as cheaply as possible.
I have knowledge of RDBMS and SQL though I'm a bit rusty 
in both. Can anyone recommend any training courses? Alternatively, 
can I study for the exams without attending a course? Where can I get a free
copy of oracle?

Are there any jobs out there where I can get hands on training?

Any info. will be appreciated.
