I saw that. And I agree with the comments of Daniel and the others. Forget about porting Transact SQL code to Oracle.

Oracle is a sizeable investment. You won't go and put familycar tires on a sportscar, or use lower grade fuel in it. Oracle is no different. It is not SQL Server. So don't treat it like it. :-)
