Hi



I first installed Oracle Developer, then Oracle8i (personal edition). Now I
try to connect via sqlplus or


form builder to the database but I received the following error:



ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified.



(in changed TNSNames.ora ...I added TCPExample to connect to my computer,
which is locally attached).
