Storing/Retreiving/Saving Word Doc to Blob on web

HI,

Can anyone point me in the right direction!

I need to store, retrieve, update and re-save Word Documents over the web.

The database will be 9i.

Users will be able to select a local document which will be uploaded via the web and saved to
a table. Subsequently others may be able to retrieve and update the document all via the web browser.
I would like this to be a painless and seamless as possible.

Any hints would be much appreciated.
