In my case a situation following: NT4.0 it has been established on P3 and after that it has been transferred on P4 (carry with P2 on P3 and P1 yields magnificent results). - In result sqlplus.exe gives out mistake Exception C000001D at 0x0063662d. The place of a mistake is specified in a debugger as ntdll.dll. Other programs using Oracle cause the same mistake, the place of a mistake another is natural.
The problem has been solved by full installation NT4.0 by machine P4.
