Oracle treats Windows 2000 as Windows NT.  So just get the 8.1.7 client's
latest patchset for NT, which should have all previous patches.  Sometimes,
there may be additional patches since the last patchset, but Metalink will
tell you which.

(I use NT and Windows 2000 clients.)
