Oracle OCP course requirement, Ways to fulfil

Hi, I am nearing the end of my OCA 9i and would like to pursue OCP 9i. I
read that OCP 9i requires a single course requirement. Would anyone know the
cheapest way of fulfilling such a requirement? I am not exactly busting with
money here, and would like to find the cheapest method of going about this.
I live in Brisbane, Australia.
