These guys are developing a Forms/Reports alternative. They also support character mode. Best of all it will be free. They are in the begining stages. Support them if possible. Oracle in recent years has become oppressive in pricing.A free alternative is essential or otherwise Oracle will be pimping and riding our collective arse forever.
