Alright FYI

It is a BUG in Oracle and recognized as BUG NUMBER 1566794 and according to the METALINK article number 68652.1 you have to apply patches to your 8.1.7.x.x to reach a higher level, I believe at least 8.1.7.1.2 to solve the issue.

Some people say Oracle corrected the bug in 8.1.7.1.4 some say in 8.1.7.1.2
