Apache startup warning in ORA 9IAS unfder win2K

I'm running Ora9iAS on my win2k development machine and got the following
when I restarted the Apache server:



        [Sat Oct 19 01:37:05 2002] [warn] _default_ VirtualHost overlap on
port 3339, the first has precedence



I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how and where to go about fixing
it.
