Hello
I have completed my certs for PL/Sql, Database Admin and Perf Tuning in Oracle 8. Of course the exams have been retired. Im looking for a quick way to upgrade my skills/certs to 9i (with the other certs as well of course). My objective is to get my DBA/OCP and maybe some of the developer track as well.

Can anyone suggest the fastest/easiest and least expensive way to get my 9i certs?
