The preferred method for obtaining software is to download it. I believe that you do receive the CD sets when you order the licences. If you just want to play with it you need to download it.
To my knowledge this is no different from any other vendor, SuSE, Red Hat, IBM. Good luck!
And hope for Farther Xmas to bring you that ADSL in a couple of month's time. ;-)
