How to turn on/off Oracle 8i for Windows 2000 Pro?

        After installing the typical install of Oracle 8i for Windows 2000 Pro, I found that it automatically starts up
when Windows 2000 Pro boots up on my PC.  That is taking alot of resources, even after I added more RAM.



        How do I turn Oracle on and off?  I want it to be off when I boot up but want to turn it on here and there.


	My configuration is:
		AMD 1.1 GHZ CPU
		512 MB SDRAM 133 MHZ
		Gigabyte motherboard
		60 GB Maxtor ATA 133 hard drive
