You haven't revealed your platform/OS/Version.

But if you are using windows, there are a few registry/<init>.ora/sqlnet settings like OS_AUTHENT_PREFIX
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=(NTS) and os_authent_prefix = ""
