we've been using it for several years and find it to have a fairly low learning curve for beginners but can get very sophisticated for advanced report designers..

They also have web publishing components that make deploying the completed reports relatively straightforward..

( This is not a commercial, It is just that we examined many other products and found that this one best met our needs)
