You are right. My explanation was much to short and therefore i apologize.
Now back to the problem: In the registry i find in the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\ALL_HOMES the values:
DEFAULT_HOME = OraHome92 HOME_COUNTER = 2 LAST_HOME = 1 ID0\NAME = OraHome92 ID0\PATH = E:\ORACLE\ORA92 ID1\NAME = OraDev902 ID1\PATH = E:\ORACLE\ORADEV902
What i expect in this case is, that the network configuration from the directory E:\ORACLE\ORA92\network\admin would be used. This is actually not the case. Instead, the system is currently using E:\ORACLE\ORADEV902\network\admin and i do not know why. So what must be done to use the settings in OraHome92?
