I have done barcode with 11i on HP-UX using standard HP Laserjets. We did have to purchase font
firmware for the printer from HP..

We are currently working on a solution for barcode/label printing for 11i on Solaris V8 using
software from Optio... drawback is Optio runs on NT and files are output to NFS mounted
to NT...
