Exception in OAS Cartridge.

Hi, Dear all

I used OAS 4.0.8 to connect oracle DB (8.1.7) by Cartridge, but the exception was thrown as:

`OWS-04793: Operation

oracle_OAS_Cartridge_OASCartridgeFactory_create_nw returns exception IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0 `
`OWS-04757: Unable to bring up cartridge, type woss/woss, at CDR-SAM.
`

The result was connecting DB failed.

Could you have any idea? Thanks a lot.
