Integration MS-Exchange / Oracle

Has anybody any experience integrating ms-exchange and oracle? What we need is an automatic synchronization routine from ms-exchange to an oracle database with the ms-exchange calendar as the master. An alternatively solution is to develop a calendar as part of an oracle-portal implementation and make this the master calendar.
My enquiry has two parts:

1 : Calendar Sync from ms-exchange to oracle 2 : Calendar Sync from oracle to ms-exchange
