newbie help- Tweo Long fields in one table

help, I have an ER Diagram that is nice and approved by the clients
and suddnly I find out that I can't use two long fields in one table. 
The text in each field varies, but is probably about 1500 chr max. 
How would you design the table so that it works in Oracle?
