What about this Vision database ?

I overheard someone talk about a seeded Oracle App database that can
be installed on local machines for beginers to have a feel of Oracle
Apps.



Does anyone know what this is and what it takes to get one. I am new
to Oracle Apps and I am in serious need to learn and get a practical
feel of the environment.
